Description
Si Ma Tai is celebrated for its steepness. It is divided into eastern and western parts by a lake, named the Mandarin Duck Lake. The eastern part of the Wall has 15 watchtowers and was constructed on the steep ridge of the mountain. It looks like a winding dragon Jumping out of the lake.
At Si Ma Tai , tourists can appreciate the Stairway to Heaven, the Fairy Tower, the Heaven Bridge and the Wang Jing Lou Tower. At the foot of Si Ma Tai is the Gu Bei Watertown, a replica of Wuzhen Water Town in the Southern China. In recent years, Gu Bei Watertown has gained popularity among tourists and is famous for its majestic night views.
